Three weeks of Italian passion

Here we are, ready to play the game at the second Grand Tour of the year is charged and ready to take to the stage. The curtain will raise on the 103rd Giro d’Italia this Saturday in Palermo, where a 21-stage drama will commence. 


FSA and VISION will support 4 World Tour teams, each one with important ambitions at the start of “Corsa Rosa”.


TEAM BAHRAIN-MCLAREN

Team Bahrain-Laren have experienced athletes like Bilbao, Arashiro, Battaglin, and Capecchi and others like Pernsteiner and Padun, who will be in the Giro for the first time. Their goal will be to win as many stages as possible, while Pernsteiner will aim for a good result in the GC.

TEAM JUMBO-VISMA

Team Jumbo-Visma has general classification ambitions to Giro d'Italia. Steven Kruijswijk is the designated leader within the Dutch formation and is going for a good result in the general classification.

EF Pro Cycling is sending a squad of young guns and seasoned veterans. They’re ready to chase stages and they are ready to get rocking and rolling for what is sure to be a spectacular show.

TEAM COFIDIS


The French Team Cofidis will be focused on stage successes. The leader will be the Italian sprint, and 2016 Olympic Champion, Elia Viviani, who already won five stages in 2015 and 2018.
