ACR, SCR AND ICR SYSTEM

ACR

A fully integrated Aerodynamic Cable Routing solution that routes all cables, wires and hoses internally
This innovative patent-pending system is unique to FSA and is a combination of our knowledge bases in both headset and cockpit development and manufacturing plus our history in aerodynamic development and design. The result is a clean, integrated and aerodynamic cable routing solution for frame and bicycle brands.
The core of the system is built around our headset and integrated cockpit (or stems) that easily allows brands a “plug-in” solution for clean and simple cable routing for their frames. By using standard headset dimensions, the system maintains frame strength and, by routing cables through the headset, it also safely preserves a round steering column that is free of drilling. Additionally, brands have the flexibility to utilize a single frame design at a variety of spec levels simply by adjusting cockpit and headset selection.

ICR System, an Integrated Cable Routing system, is a combination of our core knowledge bases in both headset development and manufacturing, and our history in development and design for integration. Uniquely designed, this system allows for up to 5 cables or hoses to run internally resulting in a clean, Integrated Cable Routing solution for frame and bicycle brands.

Built around a patent-pending headset and stem, the system provides brands with an easy “plug-in” solution for clean and simple internal cable routing. Additionally, brands have the flexibility to utilize a single frame design at a variety of spec levels simply by adjusting cockpit and headset selection.

FSA E-MTB WHEELSET
The brand new E-MTB Carbon wheels are designed specifically for e-MTBs, and represent one of the major innovations of the 2020 FSA product line up. One of the standout features is the asymmetrical rim, which guarantees an optimised balance of spoke tension and consequently better rigidity and reactivity. This results in easier handling under electronic assistance, one of the most important characteristics that an e-bike user looks for.
The carbon rim minimises weight, while the hubs featuring direct-pull spokes strengthens the construction for added reliability and performance in testing conditions. They are able to support up to a total of 150kg in weight, including bike and rider.
Meanwhile, we have ensured that the e-MTB carbon wheels will look great when fitted to the bike, complete with stylish decals and a clean aesthetic.
Available in both 27.5"and 29" versions, the front and rear wheels can be purchased separately to satisfy the ever-increasing desire for wheel size offset with e-MTB riders.
