No visitors for me this rest day. I had visitors on the first rest day, which is closer to the halfway point that the second rest day. This rest day will be pretty quiet. I’ll definitely head out for a ride and either do some kind of efforts or come back and get on the trainer to get the seat up. It’s really important with a hard(ish) day set for the day after rest day.

Without Rigo, we shifted our focus in week two, and we're now motivated to get into the breakaways. Every single day since Rigo left the Tour we’ve been in the breakaway. We’re doing really well at that. We just need to hopefully finish it off one day. So far all is going to the new plan.
