Rally Pro Team Camp 2020

Vision has been busy attending the 2020 Rally Pro Cycling team camp in sunny, warm Oxnard, CA. The camp gives the riders and staff an opportunity to gather for the upcoming season, hone their training, bond with daily rides and activities together while staying at beach housed literally on the sands of Oxnard.

For 2020, the Rally team will be riding Metron 81, 55, 40, and 30 for road races, Metron Disc and 3-Spoke for time trials, and Trimax 30 for training and home bikes. The Metron TSA and 4D bars have been chosen for their time trial bikes and AR aero road bikes, respectively.

Vision was on hand during the men’s and women’s team overlapped during the week and prepared for races later this month. On hand for the technical assistance, training, and answering questions for the mechanic staff, FSA Technical Service Manager Patrik Zuest was able to be on spot with the staff and riders’ questions and inquiries. John McKone from the marketing department directed marketing aspects, such as connecting with communication personnel, performance and team directors.

Content gathering has been achieved by photag super-hero Patrik while we have been at the team house each day pre-ride and post ride.  We have also been busy chatting with staff and riders, bringing them up to speed on the FSA brand and components, while building the relationship between team and sponsor. One day was spent following the team as they rode through the Santa Monica Mountains in very scenic and typical So Cal winter conditions- sunny, dry, and warm.

As a testament to the product we are providing, Rally Team rider Chloe Hosking of Australia has already grabbed 2 wins in her native country, winning one stage and the overall at the Bay City Crits 2020. Be sure to read the full race report!
