Here at Vision, we used to say that each wheel has its own personality. Each one is different. Each one is special in its own way. 
So we decided to play a game, in regard to some of our most representative wheels associating a specific personality.

METRON 55 SL: THE SPRINTER

The Metron 55 TL is Vision’s Aero carbon rim wheelset that was chosen by EF Education First riders during the 2019 racing season. Thanks to its lightness and aero profile (55mm depth rim), the Metron 55 SL has been heavily featured on the cobblestones of Ronde Van Vlaanderen and Paris-Roubaix and the flat and sprint-reserved stages of Grand Tours.  

TEAM 35 COMP SL: TEAM SPIRIT

The all-alloy Team 35 COMP SL wheelset shares many features with our high-end wheelsets. 35mm deep alloy clincher rims give aerodynamic benefits without an excessive weight penalty. CNC machined alloy hubs are durable and smooth-running. Thanks to these features, the Team 35 COMP is an excellent training wheelset, chosen by many pro teams during their winter training camps while at the same time is forging a team spirit. 

METRON 81 SL: HIGH PROFILE

The Metron 81 TL is Vision’s Aero Triathlon and Time Trial focused wheelset. Vision’s complete wheel system has a 24mm rim width, direct pull bladed spokes, 6 sealed cartridge bearings in P.R.A. hubs, ABS brass nipples, 2 to 1 lacing, CFD / wind tunnel proven aerodynamics, and 100+ pro-podiums since its release. If you are a High Profile rider, look no further than the Metron 81 SL.

TRIMAX 25 KB: THE ALTERNATIVE

The most accurate words to describe the new TriMax 25 KB wheels are “lightness” and “responsiveness”. The top-of-the-line hub is the same as the Vision Metron Carbon wheelset, with an increased number of spokes on the left side of the rear wheel (10 spokes instead of 7) to give extreme rigidity to the structure. Furthermore, special P.E.O. coating makes unique this wheelset and ultimately fortifies resistance to both the rim and the brake track. Thanks to these features, the TriMax 25 KB wheelset is the ideal choice for both climbing and mixed routes.
