VAN AERT WINS WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP IN ZOLDER

Wout Van Aert finished ahead of the pack and ahead of close rival Van Der Poel, to claim the world Championship in Zolder. Despite having his [Van Aert] front wheel stepped through by Van der Poel half way through the race, Van Aert rallied and closed the gap on Van der Haar to claim 1st place. This victory will no doubt go down in cyclocross history as one of the greatest races ever.
