GIOELE BERTOLINI IS READY FOR THE CX SEASON ALONGSIDE FSA AND VISION

The 2019 CX Italian champion Gioele Bertolini is ready for a new adventure alongside the FULL SPEED AHEAD and VISION brands. Gioele will be riding a Cervélo Aspero bike from the new Cervélo-FSA CX Pro Team, fully equipped with FSA and Vision parts.
"This year I decided to face a very short cyclo-cross season, but with a huge goal of defending my title at the Italian Championship," said Gioele, who then also focused on his new Cervélo Aspero bike and the components at his disposal.  “My first reaction was that it was a very small and compact bike. This allows it to be very reactive, and at the same time, manages to cushion the strongest blows. In short, a perfect bike for cyclocross. The feeling was very good, I use it for a few days so I’m still getting to know the bike, but I think we can have a lot of fun together this winter.”

After an excellent collaboration during the 2019 Cross Country season with the Santa Cruz-FSA Team, the team have renewed their partnership for the upcoming CX season. The team is represented by the president Francesco Bondi and FSA with the OEM Sales Europe manager Davide Riva. It’s a partnership that sees the frontman of the Italian movement, Gioele Bertolini, at the centre and already enthusiastic about the technical arsenal at his disposal.
“I was not surprised because I’ve already used Full Speed Ahead products in MTB and I learned to know them and trust them blindly. If FSA recommends products to me rather than others, I trust them because I know how much study and development are behind every single part. In the past, I have already had the opportunity to use the FSA components in the winter cyclocross season. The memory I have is certainly about the reliability and the desire to win for both.”
